The Mardi Gras Celebration was held last weekend in Nevada City. One of the events was the parade on Sunday . The sun warmed the streets that was lined with spectators. There were floats, marchers, riders, walkers, you name it. Almost everyone had a message, but the best part of it for me was the creativity of the entrants, which I found imaginative and entraining. The joy that this event seemed to bring to everyone was contagious . If you didn’t get a chance to be there, maybe you will enjoy it through the photos.
